School of Design Senior Show 2019 Branding
During the fall semester of 2019 the senior class came together to plan, curate, and brand for the senior show in upcoming December. As print team lead, I established the visual system of the posters, brochures, and photography assets. The final deliverable produced by the print team spanned across all three floors of the exhibition space with wall graphics filling the first floor reception area. Special thanks to Jackie Chou for photographing and documenting the senior exhibition.
Lost In Translation
Lost In Translation is a series of zines printed on newsprint that combines the stories of women in East Asian culture who are situated to balance work and housework. Through this project I wanted to surface women's contribution to the society in a unique and meaningful way.
Story of Hideo, a Japanese Immigrant
This experimental typography poster explores the story of Hideo Tomoyasu, an immigrant from Japan who came to Hawaii in the 1930s. The final deliverable was a 3ft by 6ft typographic installation.
